This model is a Delta Lines reskin of Larry Goss’s freeware FMC 50ft Plate C Offset Double Door Boxcar. Frank Ellison was an American model railroader who created the famous O scale Delta Lines model railroad in New Orleans, Louisiana and authored numerous articles from the 1930s to the 1950s. Between 1934 and 1956 Ellison became the face of model rail-roading in the United States when he wrote hundreds of articles on all aspects of the hobby.
