>Pickups, Finally reskinned the stock pickup into more colors. Seven in all, including the usual white one reskinned entirely with RealTree Grasslands camouflage and black rims. Be the first one on your block to own this "Cowboy Cadillac" beauty. I was planning on getting these to run on the roads. But it appears you have to add these models individually into each road manager blueprint to get that to happen. Now I know why modelers like RCAP do not have their vehicles show up on the roads. It is a total nightmare to try and figure out how to do that for each and every road and then release those road revisions with the vehicle models is absolutely a monstrous task.
So it looks like I will be releasing the reskinned pickups with both parked and "lights on at night" versions as scenery only. This is too big of a bear to me take on. As we used to say in the infantry, if you come upon a tank, walk away quietly and let someone bigger than you deal with it.
>The Railroad Pick-up. Will be finally released. It is a "nothing fancy" reskin of the stock pick-up with some safety stripes and a generic door herald. But now I have expanded the color selection to Safety Yellow, Safety Orange, and White. This should cover the common colors used by railroads for their utility vehicles. Comes as both parked and "lights on at night" versions, static scenery only.
>A U.S. Bus. Finally the regional authorities approved a budget for public transportation. I took the built in RSDL Island Line Bus and reskinned it. Now there is a set of doors on the North American side of the bus. Currently the color is Green as it was the base color of the original. With all the body lines to trace the reskin template will take a while so I just kept it simple. Comes as both parked and "lights on at night" versions, static scenery only.
And I am finishing up on Wayside Signs to add to your route (had to look that one up to get the name right). Reskinned the built in Cajon Route Speed Limit Sign used to to reduce the number of third party items need for a route.
The signs are:
Bell_While_Moving, Use the bell only to indicate train is moving. Usually used when spotting cars in a noise restriction urban area.
No_Whistle, Indicates no Whistle, or other warning indications of approach at grade crossing. Placed in a noise restriction urban area.
End_Of_Signals, Used to inform there is no signals to indicate occupied track or turn-out state beyond this point. Useful for switching in industrial areas.
Yard_Limit, Indicates start of Yard Limit and start of any restrictions on speed or operating procedures while within Yard Limits.
End_Of_Yard_Limit, Indicates end of Yard Limit and end of any restrictions on speed or operating procedures while within Yard Limits.
Whistle, Just the "Big W" on the built in sign to show need for warning indications during approach and transition across grade crossing.
Whistle-Bell, Placed to show need for warning indications to include Bell during approach and transition across grade crossing.
Once again these are just reskins of existing items. All credit goes to the original authors. I am currently not up to the challenge of learning a new modeling program since the good old GMAX days. But after twenty years of military service I can "B-Modify" the hell out of most things.

Enjoy!
