Fuel Oil Crane

Tired of pulling up to the Coal Bunker to refuel your SP&S E-1 Class 'Northern' Loco? Yes they are labeled as "oil fired" but they really refuel with coal. To give it a more realistic refuel point I modified the in-game Water Crane to dispense coal. To help identify which item it is, I reskinned it black with a white stripe. I have not tested this on other oil fired locomotives as I only own the two E-1 Class 'Northern' Loco models. But it should work, as coal currently is used to refuel tenders.

Hopefully I packaged it correctly when I submitted it.
