GTW Coilsteel Car
Posted: Sun Sep 24, 2017 10:58 pmThis model is a Grand Trunk Western reskin of the default Kuju Coilsteel Car. I created this model for the Ohio Steel route, but it is appropriate for any route that hauls steel mill products. This model also includes an improved set of digits for the “Def2” car.
The Grand Trunk Western (GTW) was one of three notable U.S. properties owned by Canadian National (others being Central Vermont and Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific). Despite a network of less than 300 miles its hotly contested Detroit - Chicago market was a vital artery for CN in reaching America's railroad capital.
Run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the model In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “Wagon Steel Coil GTW”. This model is installed into: Assets\Kuju\RailsimulatorUS\RailVehicles\Freight\CoilSteelCar\GTW.
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
