Brass 3 chime

Hello All,

Just uploaded, my first contribution to Train Simulator. This is a Brass 3 chime from the Granite Rock 10 at the California State Railroad Museum. The file is setup for for use on Dick Cowen's UP 0-6-0, who I thank for his advice on getting the sounds to work in game. You can certainly use this file on any other engine you see fit.
