This model is a Central of Georgia Railway reskin of the freeware Baltimore & Ohio wood caboose from the Railworks America file library. The base model can be downloaded at http://www.railworksamerica.com/ . I remember seeing these cars on the branch line local freights in south Alabama as a boy.
