Amtrak Acela Express & HHP-8 Mods Updated w/ JohnS Brake Fix 12/1/15

This is the update to both the HHP-8 and Acela physics mods for TS2016 (12/1/15). Main change is that the Signature JohnS brake fix has been applied to both trains / locomotives. Players may now select any position between minimum reduction and suppression on the auto brake handle among other minor changes. For more information, be sure to read the readme text files that are provided with each mod. Enjoy =)
