This model is a Virginian & Ohio reskin of Michael Stephan’s freeware Baltimore & Ohio Caboose from the Railworks America file library. The model can be downloaded at http://www.railworksamerica.com/. I created this reskin because the V&O has always been one of my favorite model railroads.
