Bob and I have released a freeware repaint of our VNH heavyweight model in Great Northern colors. These aren't replicas of any actual GN cars, just repaints of our New Haven RR coaches in Great Northern's beautiful liveries.

You do not need to own the VNHRR Springfield Route to use the GN heavyweights.

Hello,

Our Great Northern repaints of the heavyweight baggage and coach cars just got updated to the latest spec models from the Springfield Line 3.0.

You can download them either on our blog's download page or from my website.

As before, these repaints are freeware and a standalone add-on, in other words they do not require the Springfield Line to be installed.

A scenario pack using these cars is available on my website. In it you will be in charge of GN Train 6, the Seattle-Spokane local, across Stevens Pass. This is a more detailed version of the same scenario that is available on the Workshop, using additional free- and (some) payware items than what is available in the Steam Store.
