This model is a reskin of the default Kuju Extended Vision caboose by Harry R. Adkins. It represents a former caboose fitted with the latest remote control technology allowing a single trainman to operate a MU’d switching locomotive and serve as brakeman. They have been in use for many years in the railroad industry, including industrial applications such as bulk material load-out, manufacturing, process and industrial switching. The systems are designed to be fail-safe so that if communication is lost the locomotive is brought to a stop automatically.

Looks like a well-done model. I hadn't heard of these cabooses before.

Great work on this caboose! I've seen pictures of similar ones, but haven't seen one in person.

CSX uses home built flatcars with the receiving equipment built in to the big box here in South Carolina. These units have lights, bells, and a horn.

I've seen the flat car style on the Indiana RR in Robinson, IL.
