This model is a fictional Arkansas and Missouri repaint of Dick Cowan's RS3 by Harry R. Adkins. I created it for interchange use with the Union Pacific and Fort Smith railroads on Richard Garber’s Fort Smith to Heavener route. Be sure to look for my Fort Smith railroad GP9 reskin in the Railworks America file library. There are also some nice KCS reskins available in the RWA library.

Yeah, it looks nice...maybe some heavy weathered version and some ''new'' version would be nice to see. Godd work, I like it. !!*ok*!!
