I wanted some FSR units for Rich Garber’s Fort Smith to Heavener route. The FSR serves a number of industries in and around Fort Smith, AR. It interchanges with the KCS and the A&MRR there. The Fort Smith Railroad Co. (FSR), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pioneer Railcorp, and operates 18 miles of track from Fort Smith to Fort Chaffee, AR. The railroad's principal commodities are iron/steel, frozen poultry, alcoholic beverages, sand, lumber, pulpboard, peanuts and military movements.

This is not an exact model. Fort Smith’s locos are former ATSF low nose GP20’s. You can learn more about the FSRR operations at this website: http://www.pioneer-railcorp.com/fsr.html. I have also uploaded maps of the Fort Smith to Heavener route by Allaboard to the Railworks America website. The Fort Smith to Heavener route offers both mainline operations and switching opportunities. It’s mainline extends from Heavener, OK, north to Van Buren, AR, where it connects with the Union Pacific (former MP lines).

You could use that neat little GP20 that Reppo created. But this looks great, Harry. !*salute*!
