fixes for the D&Rrrv3,all repaired and up dated should work now

hi,i did some work on my up load of the D%Rrrv3 and with the help from an on line friend,dave and otto I resummited the repaired version to the rail works of America site,i apologise about the original up loaded version not working properly and the revised up loaded version should play fine now.thanks for checking out my route,bulljose
