These are huge enhancements.
I notice the rainy skies are pink, is this normal?
Or maybe my monitor needs adjustment.

I've run rain and storm, both appear as a grayish white, fully overcast for me.

It depends on the time of the day, in the morning or evening the sky is more likely to be pinkish. May not be entirely realistic for a rainstorm. I haven't fussed much with the sunset and sunrise colors yet. More to come!

I recently installed this mod and I have to say it is a big improvement over the out-of-the-box weather. Everything seems to be brought to life now, especially during the evening hours. Great work, and I am eagerly awaiting your weather themes. :D

I've seen many more screenies showing up and from those and my own experience this mod really seems to generate a light that fills the game world.

I highly recommend it and express many thanks for its release.

Alpenfreight, can I add this to the RWA file library?

Can I? I wasn't sure on the process for getting it in there. I should have some time this weekend to work on it a bit more. I spent about 5 hours trying to get the cumulus clouds to go further to the horizon with no success, that may be capped in the rendering engine.

I'm quite happy with the overall look of the weather now, but there are a handful of settings i haven't touched yet, so it may be interested as I explore them.

Just tell me when you have a final version and I'll put it up in the library.

I want to make sure I've installed the mod correctly.

The screenshots show an Ice 2 on the Ruhr-Sieg line.

That looks OK Rob, there are only 2 files you need to drop into the SilverLining folder and ensure you have any of the 3D weather patterns ticked in your editor.

I didn't realize the interior is also modified. Very nice. It seems as if you're going from a black and white world, with some colors added, to a fully color world.

Are you referring to the weather pattern in the scenario editor?

The only quirk I've noticed with the weather mod is that on some locomotives, you get a blueish shadow underneath it. But who's paying that much attention anyway, right? !*cheers*!

I saw that too on Marias Pass under a CSX Dash9 but didn't connect it to the mod.
