Me too... UP, UP Heritage and Black liveries came enhanced with headlights as built-in, though with the same RW2 basic model. The payware DLC pack I know is the "BNSF Officially Licensed ES44AC & SD40-2 RailWorks Add-on".

Edit later: I just saw on Steam Store the "Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012" product. The first screenshot (external view) is of ES44AC UP Heritage, but the second (cab view) is of ES44AC UP (I guess the hood is of UP, not of Heritage), so it looks like ES44AC UP (folder \railworks\Assets\Kuju\RailSimulatorUS\RailVehicles\Diesel\ES44AC\Default\Engine) is a default (buit-in) engine and livery indeed. *!!wink!!*

Hi simmo413

For me it's ok ... except, I have not signaling between Salida and Minturn, I have milk bottles instead of switches.
Me too; ES44 UP error.

edit :

I also have the milk bottles instead of signals ... Why ???

Having driven the highway from Minturn to Leadville that follows this line twice I can definately say Marc captured the look and feel of the area to a T! Pretty good for someone half way around the world from the prototype!! !!*ok*!!

In my travels around this wonderful route and Rail works America I discovered that there isn't much in the way of D&RG rolling stock. For instance there was a lot of coal hauled on this line and I can't seem to find any hoppers. Anyone know if I'm missing one somewhere?

Just plain lovely. *!!thnx!!*

sorry for this question. I read that Union Pacific is no longer working on the route since 1997 ... the route is abandoned, no plans to reopen ?

That is correct. The UP withdrew its application to abandon the route because of concerns that one of their competitors might buy it. The Moffet route is near capacity so it might be used again in the future.

This route is awesome.

One of the best freeware routes I've seen for this game.

This one and the Montour are two of the best freeware routes I've seen for this game.

Here's a video of the real one of this route.

Are these Tunnel Motors still available and any good? http://railworks.banal.net/catalog/pages/medium/US/US_DRGW_SD40T-2_JL.html

If not, somebody cares to repaint the SP Tunnel Motor for the spectacular Tennessee Pass?
