I don't do much (any?) route building of passenger routes or routes with passenger trains but the extension I am in process of building, the Cannon Rock branch of the ACRR, leads to a Museum with excursions for the punters. I have put in platforms suitably low but a problem arises that I don't know how to resolve. Although the platforms are about 18" scale height the "waiting" passengers are trudging along calf deep in platform. They are obviously very keen to use the service or they would leave but how, please, do I make them more comfortable?

Don't you just click the gradient tool in the linear objects toolbox and adjust the "path" of the people up or down as needed to make it appear they are walking on the surface? While I haven't done any platforms, I do the same with vehicles when they appear to float over or under a road surface. You may have to "add' some additional yellow gradient arrows to make "smooth" transitions if you have elevation changes or angles in the platform as needed.

Coming soon to a computer near you -

Adriana County RR - Extended

This will include the recently posted "West Ridge" plus Cannon Rock Branch. The attached track plan shows the latest (and last) extension on the lower left corner.

You know me better than I know myself, I have found another opportunity but this will be longer and more complex so if you want to live long and prosper do not hold your breath.

Adriana County - Extended (final version) now submitted having included your suggestions and a few details I added.

Edit: now in the library.

Thanks Chacal.

Just a note - this version includes West Ridge but does not overwrite any of the earlier versions so if you wish you can retain them as separate routes.

For too long Adriana County Schools have relied on other counties to provide School Bus service, no more.
