No they didn't and neither did the NKP. But I like the WP so I decided to do one. Plus I think it looks pretty good going up the Feather River Canyon

My Repaint Releases

Unread postby CArailroader » Mon Mar 12, 2018 2:25 am

From here on out this thread will now be for all future repaints, not just the 2-10-2's.

Next up we have an Southern Pacific Tiger Stripe repaint of Dogmouse's Alco S2. Included in the repaint is an SP and a Pacific Lumber Co. The Pacific Lumber Co. was eventually a subsidiary for the SP. This repaint is fictional but thought you would like and enjoy it.

Also created is a Sacramento Southern Railroad coach repaint of the NYC Heavyweight coach pack from Golden Age of Rails. The Sacramento Southern was a subsidiary of the SP and is currently the operating railroad of the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento, CA.

Thank you! I'm slowly working my way up to the GP20 high hood. That one is much more complicated to my level.

Yes, especially when trying to align the cabinet texture with the long hood. !*hp*!

And now I present the Granite Rock 10! The Granite Rock 10 is an USATC 0-6-0ST S100 class and is currently the only operating steam locomotive at the California State Railroad Museum and the Sacramento Southern Railroad.

Soon to be uploaded:

First up is the SSRR Alco S2. I can't thank ChrisOnline enough for his help in getting this repaint to work. The Sacramento Southern doesn't actually have any S2's, but two SW8's. Since we don't have any of those and these S2 models are fantastic and free, they have been created in SSRR colors.

Next up will be a re-upload of the SSRR coaches. There was a minor change to the text in the name. Also now included is the SSRR MKT coach, it is statically numbered 642.

And finally for today is the El Dorado, the observation car of the fleet. This is a repaint of the heavyweight observation from Britkits by Dick Cowen.

The above have been uploaded and the only change that was made was the text font on the El Dorado as well as updating the SP logo and lettering so that it compliments the SP Lark repaints that I did earlier.
