This model is a Pennsylvania Railway iron ore load for the H21a Hopper included in the Horseshoe Curve route produced by RSC. You must purchase and install the HSC route for this model to work.
The Pennsylvania Railroad had an unusual traffic pattern during the late steam and early diesel era that made lots of money. They were able to transport coal east to Philadelphia for export. On the return trip, the same hoppers carried imported iron ore west to Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, the H21a hoppers could only carry half a load of iron ore due to its heavier density. I was not able to model a half load, so maybe you can live with a little creative license.
1-Unzip and run the RW_AssetSetup file to install the models.
2-Copy the GeoPcDx file from Assets\RSC\HorseshoeCurve\RailVehicles\ Freight\Hopper_H21a\Default.
3-Paste the Geo file into Assets\RSC\HorseshoeCurve\RailVehicles\Freight\ Hopper_H21a\Iron_Ore.
4-In the scenario editor the model is listed as: “HSC Hopper H21a Iron Ore.”
This package is released as freeware. You can do whatever you wish with it EXCEPT make money with its use.
