This model is a Virginian & Ohio Railway reskin of Dick Cowan's Britkits RS-3. You can download the freeware model here: http://dickyjim.com/diesel.html .
ALCO built the RS-3 in 1950 to compete with similar locomotives built by EMD, Fairbanks-Morse, and Baldwin Locomotive Works. The V&O owned fourteen units that ranged all over the system.
Unzip and install using the included RW_AssetSetup.exe installer. This model is installed into: Assets\Britkits\Alco\RailVehicles\Diesel\RS3\VnO. In the scenario editor it is listed as: VnO-RS3_sl_db.
