The Rock Island C40-8 in the Reborn Blue paint scheme, now with dynamic numbers.
This comes with Searchlight Simulations sound pack compatibility, as well as a standard version.
RILX recently bought a CN C40-8, and plans on painting it and numbering it 2127.
