smm csx and ns signals

Unread postby trainhogger » Thu Nov 07, 2013 12:13 am

I have recently come back to rw and was wondering if smm,s signal packs are available any where? And while I'm here how would i go about replacing tracks with rw tools.
i am missing frogs in the Decatur route and was hopeful to put some in. :D The signal packs I am referring to are the search light ones for csx and ns. Do they come with a route here on the site? Thank you very much.

Did you read this Thread: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7335 I know there are a lot of new free assets in the RCAPv.1 & v.2, maybe some signals there. It's in the file library here.

OK I know they may be in there but they would not show up in the route even-though i checked the little box. *!lol!* It,s all good. If I can figure out how to change the track rules and change the tracks so the frogs will show up !*roll-laugh*! I will be happy. Just checked and they do seem to be in there but they will not show up in the route and rw tools says they are missing. !**conf**! If I could figure out how to remedy these two problems I will have something I can work on. Thanks guys.

I think the reason they are not showing up in the route is because when the route was made it is probably looking for them to be in a differnt folder like SMM. How are they named now? I haven't D/L that yet. Mine are in the SMMDigital folder and that's probably where the route is looking. We're just getting ready to go out to lunch but is no one jumps in here I'll look into it when I get back.

Jessie on DigiRails has uploaded all the old SMM Assets there, so old routes will use those instead of the ones packaged with RCAP.

Yes, they are in RCAP2. They appear under signals and are preceeded by RCAP to distinguish them from the original SMM signals.

How are the Crossing? Same as usual? or everything changed for 2014?

The signals were not changed for TS2014. The RCAP version has added the Invensys/Safetran V20 round-target signals in addition to the ones that were available under the old package.
