Marleyman's SD45 Pack

Okay, I downloaded Marleyman's awesome SD45 Baker's Dozen, and open it up. I then tried the installer.

I hate to be "that guy", but I had a problem with it. The installer crashed when it was copying the files over.

So I thought "Ok. I'll just put the engines in the folders manually."

Well, I tried doing that as well, but the SD45s don't show up in-game.
-I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall multiple times, but to no avail.
-I noticed that the Simulation and Bogies folders were empty.
-I do have everything setup right, but they won't show up in game.

Marleyman, could you possibly look into the installer and see if you can fix it please?

And if I have to install manually, could someone create a guide for doing that?

Yes. I put all of the GEO files in, but it still doesn't show up.

Putting the Geo files in doesn't get them to show up.
