I've heard so many complaints about the horn_end file not working in numerous locomotives. The main 2 are the GN F& and the MP ES44. What could possible be causing things like this to happen?

Same with me. It's the MP ES44, and the Amtrak P42DC.

It's a bad horn controlling proxy xml. Easy fix when I get time to it.
