So you are telling me that the lastest Railworks physics correction is more realistic? I don't see how that can be...
Yard switching, driving a light switcher with or without short strings of cars, is darn near impossible for me to operate now. Just using the locomotive brake on a switcher running light should stop the rig in tens of feet instead of hundreds of feet. And a light loco should accelerate to 5 mph in several tens of feet not several hundreds of feet. The same thing happened last year when TS2013 was first released . I had just purchased the GE 44 Ton switcher and was all excited about solving "Switching Puzzles" scenarios. The switcher was behaving like an "Old Grampa on a Walker". Eventually, after I complained to RSC Tech Support multiple times, the physics were tuned back to normal. And it has been that way until the latest Flash Update.
The game has become simply unplayable for me. I have lost all enjoyment operating a yard switcher. It is no fun struggling with the latest snail pace physics..
I am sorry but that is how I feel.
BTW, the F7 horn loop sounded just fine before the latest Flash update. It sounds terrible now. The transistion from the start to continuous section makes a bad drop in volume. And the transition to the end is jarring.
