GN GP9 Headlight is Glowing but not Shining

I just installed EmpireBuilderPack01 from Steam Store. I have discovered that my GN GP9 headlights are not projecting a beam of light in front of the locomotive. Come to think of it, each and every one of my GP9 locos in my DLC are exhibiting the same lack of head light shine. Has anybody noticed this? And is there a fix?

Somebody will hopefully chime in with more information than me, but I believe the projected light is a TSX feature, and the GP9 pack has not been upgraded to TSX standards yet.
As for a fix, somebody else will have to answer that too.

Didn't XDriver post something about a upgraded GP9 that he had done for NERW that he put the enhancements on? I think I remember something like that. I have it but I'm at work so I can't confirm. Look for a post by him here somewhere.

I have the NERW Loco Enhancements mod installed. I can see that the NE GP9 has new Child Objects for the Loco Lighting in the BluePrint file. I need to copy the Children Lighting Objects over to the rest of my GP9 DLC BluePrint files and see if does the trick.

I downloaded the NERW enhancement pack, and their gp9 really does have working lights and all. But when I try putting the fwd_headlight and bwd_headlight child objects into the GN GP9, nothing happens. In editor, I don't even get the funky lighting circles around the loco. It has to be possible to do, the NERW guys did, I want to get it right too.

The GN loco in the Empire builder is an exact copy of the GN loco in the GP9 pack. Pretty much. Meaning it wasn't updated. I did do light upgrades to the GP9 pack. Had to redo all the bins for every loco in the GP9 pack. You also have to add a lights folder to the Gp9's. "Assets\RSC\GP9Pack01\RailVehicles\Diesel\GP9\Default\Lights" and in the bins it has to point to that folder. It's not an easy thing for anyone to do that's why it doesn't work. I have a lot of other mods on my Geeps at the moment so I can't just send out all the stuff you need right now.
The updated NERW lights was for the SD40 High Hood I did.

You know what, it seems that I have a peculiarity with my rw_tools that I keep forgetting. After I edit stuff and save it, it doesn't go to my railworks file. I have been kind of new to it, so I haven't remembered that yet. So I just figured out right now, that I haven't been running the game with modified files. So I'm going to have to put the files in the correct place. Maybe it will work. I'll report my results.

Did you set the paths under the options menu?

So I put in the fwd_headlights and bwd_headlights from the NERW gp9 into this, and nothing happened. I made a Lights folder for this GP9 and directed the child objects to use it, but to no avail, I must be missing something.
