How do I change the horn on the JCornell's GP38-2?

Hello everyone.

I want to change the horn that the BNSF one has to the one the NS one has. The reason for this is because my one NS engine (downloaded from Digirail with a light upgrade) has the BNSF horn. I much prefer the one on the NS GP38 because it sounds better in my opinion.

If you will do a search of this forum, there are several posts dealing with changing horn sounds.

I've tried every way to get the horn to change, but to no avail.

The Cornell GP 38 had it's own sound files as part of the dependencies pack. The path is: Assets\JCornell\EMD\Audio\RailVehicles\Horns

There are three folders, one for the K5LA (the default SD40), one for a P5, and one for a S3. The last two are from Mr. Cornell.

You can edit the .bin files to change the sound source, as well as substituting new sounds in place of the originals.

Hope this helps.
