TGPCDX/DDS conversion error

TGPCDX/DDS conversion error

I have been trying to do a repaint of the NS Heritage ES44AC's into NS black. Having an issue. I was following Marleyman's tutorial and when I try to convert TGPCDX to DDS, I get the attached error. What am I doing wrong?

Use RSBin tool instead.
