Unable to get on the Steam Users Forums

Has anyone been able to get onto the Steam Users Forums today?
I keep getting switched to something called "Sput(Sputn!k_) on Twitter". No matter where I try on the site it goes to this Sput.

Now it has a sign saying:

"vBulletin Message

The Steam Forums are temporarily offline for scheduled maintenance."

So I guess they weren't hi-jacked. *!greengrin!*

Musta been a morning thing. I logged in OK at about 6:30am, then just now Steam Forums are OK. That would have been a redirect to that Twit site. is that a hack?
