AT&N consolidation

AT&N consolidation

Just purchased the AT&N Consolitation from the Valve location. It shows up in my collection but no where else. When I click on it it does nothing. Tried to locate it in the Sherman Hill route no luck. Tried in free roam nothing. Tried Quick Drive nothing same thing for single player. Please help. $3.99 sound like a good deal but when you get nothing not so good.
