Wierd moment from Steam... Help

So I was out of town buying a present for my Mother for Mother's Day. I come home and go straight to playing Minecraft. My mom comes in saying Valve charged her for a something that was $19.99, so I go check my steam account, remove any info from payment methods and change my password. I check what the item is and it's the RS11 that was in my Wishlist and now is, for some reason purchased and in my collection! Only one problem it doesn't work. I check, it's in my collection but there is no folder in my railworks folder. I'm not sure if I should be happy or scared that it purchased itself, but can someone send me the files? Here is proof I have it. (Still don't know how I got it being that it wasn't there before I left.) This is the one from Steam.
I will PM you my E-Mail.

I urge you to send an email to support@railsimulator.com about this, explaining clearly the symptoms (especially the part about it being in the collection screen but not on your hard drive). You're not the only one it's happened to and the email will be noticed, I can assure you (even if you get an automated reply).

More than one RW DLC is affected by this problem of purchased content appearing in the collection screen but not being downloaded - it's happening with my Consolidation too (and I'm pretty disgruntled about it).

Cheers,

Mike (Smokebox)

I just sent them an e-mail, I just hope nothing is seriously wrong, I'm not complaining that I have it now, but I'm worried about how I received it. I just want it to work, since it's in my collection it has been teasing me to play it but I can't due to it never downloaded. *!sad!*

Edit: Wait, didn't you created the Consolidation? If so, I would find that very ironic.

Yes, I created the Consolidation, but the downloads are out of my control.

I've just heard that the downloads are working again! !*YAAA*!

I'll check if it works, RSC sent me an email saying verify the game cache then delete the Blueprint.
