WHY CAN'T I EVER GET SEAMLESS TERRAIN?!

Anybody have any ideas? Nothing I do can create seamless terrain. I always have gaps! How do I merge the BIL's? This is so frustrating! I can not make a route if I keep getting these gaps in my terrain. Will some experienced route builder PLEASE help me?!?!

The gaps come from placing tracks across the grids. When in editor I think its in the bottom left flyout, there is a button to show grid lines. If you want no gaps lay your tracks parallel to the grid and make ninety degree turns to end up parallel to the grid again. Won't be realistic at all, but no gaps.

What method of importing DEM are you using? If you turn on the tile box, next to the grid box Krellnut talks of is it full tiles that are missing? What detail level of DEM are you using, 1/3 arc 1/9arc etc?

I'm using 1/3 arc data, and importing it via ReDEM. Not tried the other suggestion yet. Haven't had time yet.
