I have had these so long I don't recall off hand, are these installed with a rwp or what? It seems obvious there is something amiss with your install.

Make sure you properly EXTRACT the files from the zip file you downloaded before you start the installation.
Windows lets you open zip files as if they were folders, and will even let you run an executable from inside them, but it does not really work.

Probably sounds like I am trying to tell you how to suck eggs, but I would try posting in Dicks sub-forum here or contacting him via email on his site direct - that would be how I would tackle it...
