Donner Pass Superelevation

I found a few posts on this but nothing conclusive...

What happened to the superelevation? Am I missing something, maybe I need to verify cache? I think there are about 5 curves on the whole route with superelevation functioning, the rest is switched off but can be manually turned on in editor. Must be a known issue, surely?
