Night windows not showing up in the sim.

I don't know what I might be doing wrong in Crafter, I tried making some night windows for the new buildings I'm building for the new Chicago North Shore and Milwaukee Railway route and they didn't appear in the sim. Also, the old way I used to do it, they wouldn't work right and wouldn't disappear during the day so I never put any night windows on buildings.

There are no day windows because the main windows of the buildings are part of the texture.

Does anyone know if there might be any directions in a forum anywhere or a tutorial on how to do night windows correctly in 3D Crafter?
