Simple Complications Scenario by Old Prof

I tried running this scenario today on the Colton and Northern route. I ran into a problem with car numbers I needed to pick up and corrected them using RW-Tools (45086 and 45052) needed to be swapped. However, after picking up the cars from PenneHeights Lumber, there are no further instructions to execute. If I try to edit the scenario using the editor, I get errors that I can not get around. Any chance that you can revisit this scenario and get it to work properly?
