A message to Alex229 or whoever can answer this question

I would like to ask why the UP heritage Units are not working? I get is a Error 404 message.

Go find bobbel66-SD70ACe_Heritage in RW2. That is what you are looking for. The other one you mention was copied without permission and removed.
