Decatur Route Help Please

Decatur Route Help Please

I had downloaded & installed the Decatur Junction Route all scenery is there, Track,Secnery show but the ground is all white with squares. Any idea what I might be missing. I know I do not have the Allabord stuff cause I cannot afford it. Hope you can help Thanks All.

Doesn't it say you need the Allaboard stuff?
