I am having a bit of a problem with the NE GP9. I installed it following the readme. For some reason, it came out like this. Any help? !*don-know!*

Looks like your whole texture folder is missing. Did you go look to see if it's there and if so is there anything in it?

I looked in the NE GP9 Folder and I saw these files(not including GeoPcDx files):

Engine Folder:

GP9_CN NC
GP9_CN NC.binORIGINAL
GP9_CN
GP9_CN.binORIGINAL

Cabview:

Nothing?

It should have installed from the rwp. and should have already been there. You are in the NE-blue loco right? If it didn't auto install something went wrong. If you still have the folder you downloaded after you unzip it it should be 2.16 megs

Let me try reinstalling again.
EDIT: I looked at the RWP, and it is 1.79 MB. Is that a problem?

It looks to me like it should support multiple numbers.

Somebody forgot to move the numbers over at least on mine. Go in the texture folder for the CN loco copy the primary numbers files from its engine textures folder and stick them in your engine textures folder and you should be in business.
