Weird thing with Steam library

Amongst other weird things happening with Steam for me right now, the backdrop photo's every time I go into it are of my route. It must've found them in my pictures folder and somehow knows they were taken in Railworks. Is this normal?

I've noticed that any screenshot one takes of a game with Steam is eligible as a background for that game. I've had several show up from my route experimenting as well and didn't think anything of it at the time.
