Fort Smith to Heavener scenario fixes now available

Rich Garber has posted a link to a small ZIP file that contains fixes for scenarios 5, 9, and 13 of this route. Go to http://www.allaboardrails.com/am.htm; the link is at the very bottom of the page. It contains six files for each scenario that have to be unzipped into the appropriate scenario folder and Rich has labeled each set with the correct scenario number. Unfortunately, he forgot to identify the code name of the route itself (e73b20cf-7173-4f0d-8ead-etc.) or provide a read-me instruction file. A RWP installer file would have done the trick more nicely and neatly; this method requires some dexterity and I'm sure that some folks will get it wrong and then blame either Rich or RSC for their own ineptitude.
Come to think of it, I'll drop Rich a note and ask if he'd mind my putting together a RWP package once I've installed these updates.

Edit: I just noticed that the Ft. Smith to Heavener route folder includes two distinct scenario folders, one labeled "Org Scenarios" and the second called "Scenarios". So here's a puzzlement: into which of these folders should the fixes be installed? or perhaps both? The scenario code numbers are exactly the same in both folders and my SWAG is that TS2013 reads the "Scenarios" folder and ignores the "Org Scenarios" folder, which Rich should probably have deleted before publishing the route. We all make mistakes, right?

2nd edit: Here's a howdy-do! The RSC packager will not package the files contained in Rich Garber's update package. The files in question show up in blue print in the packager and cannot be moved into the right-hand column, which contains the items to be packaged. I'm now off to attempt a solution to this situation.
