Sound problem

Using wavepad like I always do, I have made 3 horn sounds today. I saved them, put them in the dash 9 "Cab" folder altered the proxyml, and loaded the game. No horn sound. Bell? Yes. Engine? Yes. Horn? No. What's up here?
