Buying that much content at once you will need to verify your Steam cache. I have had to do it several times in a row to get everything it's just the nature of the beast.

Thanks Shayfan1 I have done that a few times. I just bought the Challenger V.2 today it downloaded and installed ok. Just worried it might be the download itself and got corrupted as far as steam is concerned it installed correctly. I check the file structure it is all there.

I have done that several times still no go. I even reinstalled the game completly still the same error. I would of thought by now I would of atleast gotten some responce from RScom. I guess I won't be buying alot of content @ the same time any longer.

Don't forget that it's the weekend, and the majority of office support staff won't be in until tomorrow, they'll probably advise you to do a verify cache, anyway. *!lol!*

Still waiting, since I bought the DLC on Wednesday, and emailed them wednesday evening. I am not very pleased with there support service. Although since i got the new challenger I really haven't had time to think about the problem. !!*ok*!!

The management and support team were out of office this weekend I think. So I'm sure that a reply will come soon.

I really don't see this as an RSC issue, more of a Steam issue. I gifted a friend a RW release then bought two shooter bundles for my self this last weekend, he got his stuff downloaded fast, I'm still missing completely one game bundle, but was charged for it already.

RSC has nothing to do with when Steam puts the stuff out for release, let alone when Steam servers get slammed during a big sale. And, yes, seems everyone but me had a four day weekend. Don't expect a reply from RSC soon. Plus, they will just tell you to contact Steam. !*not-ok*! !*don-know!*

I contacted steam support a couple of day ago, and your right it realy is not an RSC issue. I should of worded the title post differently.
