Not sure how to unlock

I'm trying to create a scenario for the Horseshoe Curve DLC. When I create a scenario, and then try to go back to it later, I am unable to edit, rename, or delete my own scenario. I saw somewhere that I needed to make sure it was unlocked. I created a new scenario, clicked on the lock at the bottom of the screen so it would show 'unlocked' and I still have the same problem. Not sure what I exactly need to do to correct this.

go into a scenario that you did not make as you where going to play it then hit the escape key and go into the world editor, once there unlock the lock on the bottom right corner. then save and hit the orange arrow on the bottom right to play the scenario. then quit and go into the scenario editor for your new scenario and you should be set
