RW Tools 4 is an invaluable tool. Its SO easy to add Route and Locomotive pictures that are TS2013 compliant! Thank you Mike Simpson!

Note: The three routes; B&O Lake Sub (is my WIP), NSAND (last version released), and the Tennessee Pass is a modified Version 2 - the route asset structure cleaned up and simplified by me.

Care to share the NSAND pic? I am working on a plan to re-release with all the payware pieces replaced with freeware equivalents (yes it will take some time).

Sure, no problem! Just needs conversion.

I've got a registered 3.0.11. What's the easiest way for me to upgrade?

If you have a licence file (RS-Tools.lic) in your RW_Tools folder, make a backup.
Download the full version 4.0.14 from http://www.rstools.info/rw_tools.html and install over the top of your existing version - then download the latest incremental update (4.0.30 currently) and install that.
Alan

My railway photos are back - you can access them from this thread viewtopic.php?f=24&t=21667a . Lots of UK steam and early diesels from the late 1950s and early 1960s.

Could someone explain how you add these route and engine pictures? I have quite a few engine and routes and I would like to do the same.

Here is how you do it for Locomotives:

RWTools has a way to do it for routes, but I have not looked into it yet.

Tell him I say hi. I went away for a wee bit while my computer was being fixed and when I came back a star player had left *!sad!* I'm getting good use out of his crossings on my route. Haven't counted but I think there are about 50 odd crossings just on the branch line!

Will do. There are new plans being discussed about how to better protect his work from Section 9.

Whoa! That's pretty audacious of them. So does that mean that when I've seen assets in RSC routes that I recognise have been made and released freeware by developers on here and elsewhere, that RSC have just taken the liberty to include them without paying the author???
