I just sent Ricksan an email. Hopefully he is online tonight.
Update: I just read the fine print in bold red letters on his site:
Notice: Sales of the products on this page have been suspended, pending evaluation and possible modifications necessitated by the release of Train Simulator 2013, as well as resolution of licensing issues related to that release.

More like man bites dog. The only people suffering anything here are the customers.

Considering the new structure of RW and the new EULA, that statement may not necessarily be quite accurate.

I am sure it is hurting third party developers as well because if they can not sell their product they do not get their money so that statement is not true IMHO

The reason I said that is because no one is telling the third party guys that they can't sell anything. There is just a question about who owns it after it is sold. With the cost of litigation nowadays these guys would have to be making a hell of a lot more than I think they are for the Death Star to come after them. Just sayin.

According to the new EULA, that also applies to freeware, unless you know something I don't.

My attorney who has a mind as convoluted as a triple pretzel says that if you put out freeware and say it can't be used in any payware that you have a hell of a case if someone uses it without your permission. He then said few of these situations result in any reward because there is no loss. You can get someone to stop using it however. He then pointed out that why would you object? You should be flattered. If you think the guy is making money off your asset he can merely assert that he is just passing on your object for free and charging for the stuff he created.........and on and on it goes. Too dern many lawyers.
Like old Ben Franklin said "A armed society is a polite society."

As a side note...The only Gtrax product available in the Steam Store is the Portland Terminal Route. The SP Daylight, SP&S Northerns, and Nickel Plate Berkshire Packs are currently not listed as well as the Big Boy and Challenger packs. At least I could not locate them.
