how to personalise a curve

Hi everybody,

I am working in a tram route, and I am beginer for RW editor, my question is how to do the curve, because i have one curve with high angle, but can not personalise it.

I read on the user sheet, check the tuto of rw but can not find it.

If someone can help me, it could save my life
