GRRR Very aggravated! 2 different problems.

The scenario-editor with Train-Simulator can be quite fussy and stubborn at times.
It gets easier to use and figure out how to program the various activities with practice though.
(* Note: With Freeroam scenarios, you don't need to put a destination for the trains you place).

As for clearing the Cache, it's now an option in-game from; Main-Menu, Game Settings, Tools, Clear Cache.

It is better not to use destinations in a free roam. I had problems in the past trying this.
