Just finished installing RW2013 on my new Computer and I cannot use the utilities to install anything. Every time I open the utilities it gives me an error Netframe Version 4.03 not installed. Any thoughts on how to fix this.
I'm running win 7 home premium and I installed to C/programfiles X86

The FAQ states that you will need .Net to run the utilities.
