Sound Directionality in TS2013

Ok, I have been doing some trouble shooting, but cannot figure this out. With 3rd party sounds, whether they be mine or krellnut's, I just can't seem to get them to be directional. The default sounds work fine, but ours don't. What I mean, is I can move the camera around, but the sound will always sound like it is coming from the same place, like it's a stereo sound. I just don't understand. I will be trying more later, but for now, I am getting a bit of rest. I am shooting RSC a message soon.

Something related to EAX effects? Maybe they are using now stereo samples, and yours are mono? Or else they are working now differently with the .dav files and say .wav sounds.? !*don-know!*

I was considering both those possibilities, both quite plausible.

I got an e-mail back from RSC, but unfortunately, no solution, however they did send my email over to the development department for further investigation. That's some great support!

I also e-mailed Armstrong Powerhouse to see if they know anything behind this.
