Horseshoe Curve Scenarios

It appears that HSC is to have 6 scenarios. However 5 are grayed out and do not run. I took a fellow railroaders advice and uninstalled HSC, did the verify DLC and it was reinstalled - - again with 5 scenarios grayed out. Is that they way it is supposed to be?

You unlock each new scenario as you complete the prior one, I believe.

When you get to #5 "People Power", you may find that it crashes due to an AI derailment at approx. 45 minutes into the scenario. In order to beat that, save at 40 minutes, then press quit, then press continue and you will be able to complete the scenario.

Or you can run Scenario #5 in Career Mode, where the AI doesn't crash, and it will unlock #6 in regular mode as well.
